The most popular proof of success, which comes into your mind at first is a good job and a good career. According to the majorty opinion the first condition of being successfull is having a brillant career. However, wht should a brillant career be like? Does it mean having a good salary, having good working conditions or being creative or having your own businness? /Or all of them:))/ The answeres can be varied and depend on individuals. In that case is the meaning of succsess variable? For me this is the point of succsess and an explanation of peoples choices.
However, there is a reality: Happinness! Nobody can ignore this. If you are happy, you must be succesfull as well. You can measure your succsess with your happiness. Otherwise, if there is a lack of satisfaction it means that something is wrong in your life. First of all, you have to find the reason which makes you down, for solving the problem. This is the order of solution: realise-accept-find the right way-and act. Even though theoretically this is very easy, in practise it can be very difficult. Success is complimented by happinness. You can't divide success. Success must be in every area in your life. Therefore the meaning of being successfull and to be a success are different. You can creat a successfull project or you can achieve a successfull meeting, but it doesn't mean you are a successfull man/woman. This means, you were successfull in a single circumstance. However, the quantity of your successfull approach or situation can show your degree of success.
The success need to be stablised; to be happy over the long term. Winning the lottery is not such a success. Being succesfull is a result of a mentality. If we examine the lives of succesfull people we see the same thing, which is stability. They believe in something completely, there is no lack in their determination. Only a dream with a strong belief create the reality. The second important thing to be successfull is selfmotivation, however this is more difficult than the others. Actulally saving the motivation is difficult. The enviroment plays a large role in this case. The conditions effect our motivations. Therefore motivation musn't be external, it must be internal. Focusing on your goal and dreaming of a succesfull result is a deal of saving motivation. The third important thing is of course dicipline. The effort which you make regularly is very important; also it helps you to save your motivation.
Eventually we can summerize the secret of a single success like that: believe - selfmotivation- dicipline. Otherwise being a successfull man/woman requires a big vision, a positive mentality and stability.
